Very good condition. Boat has always been in fresh water only; never sailed in salt water and has been cleaned every year. Green with tanbark sail. Sail is in excellent condition. Original manuals.Performance PT16 trailer with newer tires (including spare).

1990 PEEP HEN 14, micro cruiser catboat with cabin, 14. 2. LOA/6. 4. beam manufactured by Mirage Fiberglass. 9. draft, board up; 30. board down. Self draining , self righting; total empty weight 650 lb with 200 lb ballast in bow and stern portions of box keel. Cabin with 4. of head room and small galley with sinks, foam chest and storage underneath. Cabin sleeps two and canvas cockpit summer cabin adds more; cockpit seats four. Easy to set up/trailer /launch and sail single handed. Black hull with cream topsides /teak trim both in great condition for a 1990 fiberglass boat.
Has 115 sf , gaff rigged, colorful tanbark (dk. Red) Dacron sail with recently installed boom vang, lazy jack system, jiffy reefing and two sets of of reef points. Options/extras such as hand held VHF radio, teak floorboard, bimini, interior cushions/cockpit cushions, Porta Potti, Danforth anchor with chain, life vests, fire extinguisher, paddle/boat hook combo, extra in-cabin foam flotation.
